Elevation Flooring was founded in 2017 by three partners—Furkan, Nelson, and Ray—who, in their early twenties, recognized a need for fresh thinking in the commercial flooring industry. Leveraging their construction experience and united by a shared vision, they each contributed a modest investment of $2,500 to launch the company. Initially operating out of a small warehouse, they soon outgrew that space and relocated to the current Baltimore facility. Today, Elevation Flooring has a team of 20 dedicated professionals and proudly oversees more than $35 million in completed projects, driven by the same passion and commitment to excellence that sparked its beginnings.
